Manuel lived in the Philippines, Japan, and the United States. He is naturalized Japanese citizen originally from the Philippines. After his educational journey at De La Salle University, complemented by a year of study at Waseda University in Tokyo. He was also fortunate to receive the prestigious Japanese National Government scholarship, which supported his Post-Graduate Studies in International Cooperation at Nagoya University, Japan.  He joined the executive search industry in Tokyo. He has over 15 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment services. His expertise lies in the high-tech sector, specifically in technology recruitment, enterprise & cloud solutions, and related technologies. He has a proven track record of successfully placing top-tier talent in leadership roles, from mid-career to executive levels. He was recognized for his work for introducing senior level candidates and overall number of placements.  He values customer satisfaction by delivering commitment, repeat business and integrity to both clients and candidates alike.

He joined Octavia Executive Search in 2023 to work with a team of consultants and researchers have over 15 years of experience in supporting recruitment and job changes. Furthermore, to build a strong recruitment practice, focusing and advancing IT technology industries to deliver a better service for his clients and candidates by providing specialize in headhunting search-type business by identifying and securing high-performing leaders from mid-career to executive levels such as executives, senior and middle management.
